HOW TO USE

  3. Remove: After three weeks, remove the ring on the same day of the week that you inserted it. Discard the used ring and allow a seven-day ring-free period. During this week, you should have your period.

  4. Replace: After the seven-day break, insert a new NuvaRing to continue contraception.

SIDE EFFECTS
