  2. Daily Dose: Take one tablet at the same time every day, without any breaks between packs. Consistency in timing is crucial for maintaining contraceptive effectiveness.

  3. Missed Dose: If you forget to take a pill and it’s been less than 12 hours since your usual time, take it as soon as you remember and continue as normal. If more than 12 hours have passed, take the missed pill as soon as possible and use additional contraception for the next two days.

SIDE EFFECTS
