HOW TO USE

  2. Schedule: Apply a new patch once a week on the same day of the week for three consecutive weeks. On the fourth week, remove the patch and take a break to allow for a menstrual period.

  3. Replacement: After the seven-day break, start the cycle again with a new patch. To maintain effectiveness, ensure the patch is applied on the same day of the week each cycle.
